The Marketing Offices department asked us to analyse their value proposal and method of management and generation of experiences within the communities in the office buildings they manage in Spain.

During several co-creation sessions we mapped and understood the CBRE method. Together with the marketing team we reviewed the proposal, the customer journey, who the main stakeholders of the project are and established a route for redesigning the method by placing the stakeholders at the center of the new value proposal. A highly customer-centric proposal has been created with different product lines. Without a doubt a successful project and we are confident that CBRE Marketing Offices will succeed with its new method and revised value proposition.

We wish you plenty of success CBRE!

"I would like to thank you for the work of co-creation that we have carried out with you, which has been very enriching and valuable and will be key to achieving the objectives that we have set ourselves.

I would like to emphasize that, although we have had to readjust urgently to the way the sessions were carried out, due to the unfortunate situation we are experiencing... and after having carried out 2 in-company sessions as well as the online sessions of the last few days, the latter have seemed to us to be as or more enriching and productive. (although I would have loved to have given you a big hug).

Apart from having achieved our objective, with these online sessions we have realised that they have been much more productive: We have put more focus and discipline on the schedule. We go more specifically to the data. The brainstorming sessions produce more agile and faster results.

And I would like to add that they have been very therapeutic. The fact that we are so focused on our sessions, has enabled us to forget for a while that we were confined at home, with a global situation surrounding us, which none of us would like to be living.

All this leads us to consider that working online is much more productive! I ask you to extend my words to your entire team".
